RAVENS GATE RELEASES THEIR PASSION – “BLACK STAR MACHINERY” THROUGH ART GATES RECORDS

Melodic Metal music has one of the largest and strongest crowds from all over the globe and Raven’s Gate is no exception as they enters the stages with this most powerful Hallmark. With a sharped edge they blend modern heavy metal with the most power of metal mixed with epic choirs and blasting black metal break downs. Raven’s Gate is always ready to rock the stages to move their crowds!

The music of Raven’s Gate combines the European Power Metal and Melodic Metal basis along with details from Prog music and even Death Metal influences. The idea is to create an emotional and exciting music allowing the listener to be connected through the melody and a powerful live representation.

The band was formed in the beginning of 2011 in the city of Valencia, Spain as a solo project by Arturo “Megamuerte” it won great success in his hometown and gotten great support and 2012 the band started to move forward only having three demo songs and thousands of reproductions on MySpace.

In 2014 The line up released their very first debut LP named “Defying Gravity”, recorded at Novo Estudios in Spain during 2013. With this epic work the band received quite a great feedback from this album from the crowd and the press around the globe, the album was presented with two striking videos named “3..2..1..AWAKE!” and “Lionheart Doll”

After performing in the entire country of Spain along with well-known bands in the national metal scene, such as Opera Magna, Dünedain or Dragonfly, receiving an outstanding feedback from the audience the band In summer 2015 entered the Novo Estudios once again for recording, mixing, mastering and producing their next full-length album named “Black Star Machinery”, their most ambitious work in their whole career. The album is packed with full loaded killer rhythms and hymns and melodic songs that anyone would love. Raven’s Gate are now fully immersed to taking the world by storm sharing their musical passion to everyone through this upcoming epic album “Black Star Machinery”. The cover artwork was created by Joe A. Arca and represents the development of the band’s music along with toothed wheels which represent their first album.
